You should be set up within 48 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email containing your Inovium Renter username and password please call 877-763-8579.

Please note: Your tenants' debit day is the 1st day of each month. In the event you our your tenant needs a different date please send an email to: scheduleday@inoviumrenter.com or fax to 702-926-9629 with Landlord ID (as shown in your welcome email), tenant name and tenant user ID number, and let us know what day you prefer for processing.

You may charge your tenant a 'convenience fee' for using a credit card as long as your tenant has the option to make their payment by EFT or by giving you the check directly.


As the Payee, I authorize Inovium Renter to initiate credit (and if necessary, debit) entries to my property's bank account as indicated on this form. As the Payee I understand, approve and agree to the following terms and conditions.
  • Payee has read and agreed to Inovium Renter Property Manager Instructions and its Terms and Conditions.
  • Payee agrees that Inovium Renter will only process transaction with the consent of both the tenant (Payer) and Payee.
  • Inovium Renter will automatically deduct from proceeds to be sent to Payee all fees incurred by the Payee from funds that are to be transmitted to the Payee.
  • Payee processing day is the 1st day of each month. In the event that the 1st day of the month, falls on a banking holiday or on a Saturday or Sunday, that the funds will not be debited from your Payer account until the next available bank processing day.
  • In the event you have some Payers scheduled other than the 1st of the month, those accounts will be process in accordance to the schedule date and you as Payee will receive a complete report of all transactions process.
  • As Payee, I acknowledge that the origination of the ACH transactions to my property's bank account is in accordance with US Law and NACHA rules and regulations.
  • Payee acknowledge that in the event of an unauthorized debit authorized by the Payee and Payer, Inovium Renter has the right to debit Payee's property's bank account to reverse the transaction. Notification will be provided to the Payee.
  • Payee may terminate this agreement, by giving Inovium Renter 30 day written notification and that Payee acknowledges that any returned items up to 75 days of termination shall be subject to debiting of Payees Property Bank Account.
  • Payee is the property manager or landlord for the property noted above. Payee acknowledges and certifies that they have full authority to enter into this Agreement.
